WHAT HAPPENED?
Aubameyang scored his 31st goal in the Europa League against Donetsk on Thusday, as he was played through on goal and finished coolly into the bottom corner to set a brand new record. He had been level with Radamel Falcao on 30 goals but has now passed the former Manchester United star. Of course, the record stretches back only to 2009, when the UEFA Cup was rebranded. He is, though, level with the UEFA Cup's leading goalscorer, Sweden icon Henrik Larsson.
